<strong>restricciones mar\u00edtimas<\/strong> en la <strong>costa caribe\u00f1a<\/strong> debido al <strong>deterioro progresivo<\/strong> del oleaje provocado por <strong>fuertes vientos<\/strong>, seg\u00fan un bolet\u00edn emitido por el Instituto Dominicano de Meteorolog\u00eda (Indomet).<\/p>\n<p>La entidad explic\u00f3 que estas <strong>condiciones adversas<\/strong> se mantendr\u00e1n entre 24 y 48 horas, por lo que las autoridades meteorol\u00f3gicas recomendaron a los <strong>operadores de embarcaciones fr\u00e1giles<\/strong>, peque\u00f1as y medianas permanecer en <strong>puerto<\/strong> hasta que mejoren las condiciones mar\u00edtimas.<\/p>\n<p>    El COE indic\u00f3 que la medida aplica para toda la <strong>costa caribe\u00f1a<\/strong>, donde se registran <strong>vientos fuertes<\/strong> y <strong>olas anormales<\/strong> que representan riesgos para la navegaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<div class=\"w-full pt-2 float-left inside-related\">    <span mar\u00edtimas permanecen normales, permitiendo las actividades de navegaci\u00f3n con regularidad.<\/p>\n<p>El COE exhort\u00f3 a los operadores de embarcaciones y a la poblaci\u00f3n a mantenerse atentos a los <strong>boletines oficiales<\/strong> emitidos por los organismos de <strong>protecci\u00f3n civil<\/strong> y
