emitir\u00e1 este viernes el fallo del juicio preliminar contra el exdirector del Instituto Nacional de Tr\u00e1nsito y Transporte Terrestre (Intrant), <strong>Hugo Beras<\/strong>, y el empresario <strong>Jos\u00e9 G\u00f3mez Cana\u00e1n<\/strong> (<strong>Jochi G\u00f3mez<\/strong>), acusados de presunta <strong>corrupci\u00f3n administrativa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>Beras<\/strong> y a G\u00f3mez se le imputa tambi\u00e9n de <strong>fraude<\/strong>, <strong>sabotaje<\/strong> y <strong>actos de terrorismo<\/strong> a la red de sem\u00e1foros de Santo Domingo, por cuyo caso se se\u00f1ala, igualmente, a otros otras ocho personas y siete empresas.<\/p>\n<p>Los otros acusados son <strong>Pedro Vinicio Padovani<\/strong> B\u00e1ez, exencargado del Centro de Control de Tr\u00e1fico del Intrant;\u00a0 <strong>Samuel Gregorio Baquero<\/strong> Sep\u00falveda,\u00a0 exdirector de Tecnolog\u00eda;\u00a0Frank Rafael Atilano D\u00edaz Warden, excoordinador de Despacho y representante de <strong>Beras<\/strong> ante el Comit\u00e9 de Compras, y <strong>Juan Francisco \u00c1lvarez<\/strong> Carbuccia, director administrativo y financiero del Intrant<\/p>\n<p>A ellos se suman <strong>Carlos Jos\u00e9 Peguero<\/strong> Vargas, Mariano Gustini, Manuel Eduardo Mora V\u00e1zquez, Henry Dar\u00edo F\u00e9liz Casso y las empresas <strong>Transcore Latam<\/strong> S.R.L., <strong>Aurix S.A.S.<\/strong>, Inprosol S.R.L., OML Inversiones S.R.L., PagoRD Xchange S.R.L., Industria Soltex Dominicana S.R.L. y Dekolor S.R.L.<\/p>\n<p>    <span class=\"block mb-2\"><strong>Te <strong>magistrada<\/strong>\u00a0Yanibet Rivas tiene programado emitir su decisi\u00f3n a las <strong>9:00 de la ma\u00f1ana<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Origen del <strong>sabotaje<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Seg\u00fan el <strong>\u00f3rgano acusador<\/strong>, los actos de <strong>sabotaje<\/strong> y <strong>terrorismo<\/strong> contra los sem\u00e1foros en agosto del 2024 tuvieron su origen en la suspensi\u00f3n del <strong>contrato irregular<\/strong> con la compa\u00f1\u00eda <strong>Transcore Latam<\/strong>, propiedad de G\u00f3mez.<\/p>\n<p>El acuerdo del Intrant con <strong>Transcore Latam<\/strong>, por m\u00e1s de 1,300 millones de pesos, se hizo para la modernizaci\u00f3n de los sem\u00e1foros y, al este suspenderse por la Direcci\u00f3n General de Contrataciones P\u00fablicas, G\u00f3mez habr\u00eda provocado el apag\u00f3n, en varias ocasiones, en esos dispositivos en el Distrito
